Mista Mega Installations

Here are some pieces I've categorized as "installation" pieces because there was no pen to paper or computer work involved.
1/29/12

An installation I set up at smack dab in the middle of my universities courtyard.  It was really an interesting experience.  I set it up early AM and hung back through out the day to get a true idea of how people would react, better yet, interact with it.  The most exciting part was after having left the scene for a few minutes I returned and noticed it had been moved around.  I even feared some punk kicked it over or something.  Instead, someone had only rearranged them, that's good s**t in my book.  I also assumed to university would intervene at some point but thankfully no such occurance took place.  This piece, "cones dun sunk" was inspired by Banky ( Banksy's Sinking Cones )

Spray paint in a closet.  The home was built in the 1700's and this "closet" wasn't exactly typical, in fact it was more of a cave.  The next image is where I went with the design after much frustration.

Finished piece in "cave" closet.

Some red spray paint, bottle caps, and a  cinder block = cinder dice.
